Anilox cleaning using the FlexoStar laser, is a fast and easy solution.

The FlexoStar laser can clean dried ink from even the smallest cells. The laser passes over the surface of the anilox, gently vapourising dried ink, which is embedded in the base of the cells, leaving the anilox cells, clean and smooth.

Regardless of the quality or condition of your anilox cells, over a period of time, even with regular cleaning after printing, a small quantity of ink will remain in the base of the cells. Over a period of time, this ink builds up to a level, where ink carrying capacity is eventually reduced, causing reduction of ink transfer and printing defects such as pin-holing or low print density.
