DIRTY ANILOX

Dried ink in anilox cells, can makes a huge impact on ink transfer of the flexo inking process and cause significant change in print densities, bu reducing the quantity of ink delivered to the printing form.

Even with regular aniox cleaning between print runs, a small quantity of ink can remain in the anilox cells, which eventually reduces the cell volume capacity.  Ensuring that your anilox stay in good condition and continue to transfer the exact quantity of ink, to give you consistent print densities with no printing defects, is an essential part of the printer task.

The FlexoStar laser can be used as a anilox cleaning device, to remove dried ink from even the smallest cells.
